Why we started uid0
Most security consultancies scale by hiring juniors and selling their hours. The senior who wins the work is rarely the one who does it, and clients end up paying enterprise rates for a report a scanner could have written.
We started uid0 to do the opposite.
Small on purpose
Staying small isn’t a phase for us — it’s the model. It means the person who scopes your engagement is the person testing your systems, and the findings you get are the ones we’d want if it were our own product on the line.
What to expect here
We’ll use this blog for the things worth writing down: research we can share, patterns we keep seeing across engagements, and the occasional strong opinion about how security should work in modern engineering teams.
